A relatively short list of guys and gals are on a list of people I’ve met through this blog whom I now consider friends.
One of them has paid homage to another and it deserves everyone’s attention.

I know I've said it before, but it's been a while: Hacker is one of the funniest writers out in our little duckpond. I speak from painful experience (see July 2 -6).

Edit: damn. just bubbled The Big Game. perfect overbet for value by smokkee with QQ. still hate my call with A4o and not just cause it lost. i got inside my own head and called because I felt I had folded to too many reraises. i can't think of many hands where calling off your stack with A4 on the bubble is a good idea. dumb. oh well - cya in 2 weeks.

Your call was similar to the great call you made a few days ago and posted about.
The difference was Smokkee as the guy raising... damn you guys are all so fun to play against.
Didn't see it earlier but congrats on the 25k final table. No wonder you can attack so well on the bubble... money has lost all meaning to you since you win so often.
appreciate it guin, but that call was beyond idiotic...i lost focus for one moment and made a move for the sake of making a move, despite the absence of logic or reasonable possibility of being ahead there.
The good news for me is that other than that exit, I like my play a lot and I agree with lucko, the format favors MTT skill considering the way it all played out.
Sorry you bubbled out....it's a shame that one bad play makes you focus on how much of a donkey you are instead of the consistently great play you continue to show to make it that far.

P.S. I hate those token races. I have one, and that will go to DADI. Turbos suck. If I wanted to gamble, I'd play something fun like craps instead of poker.
