Impulse Control...and the lack of it
I went on a journey of self-discovery this weekend on Pokerstars. Mostly I discovered I am an idiot.
Its one thing in life to not know yourself, to lack insight into yourself. Its signifcantly more depressing to analyze your own behaviour, come to a semblance of self-understanding and then proceed to ignore the laws of your personal physics.
I won a fair bit for my level of play Sitting & Going over Fri/Sat, and then generously, if unwillingly, donated to other random strangers Sunday. Still a little positive, but mostly just irritated that I can't make myself make better decisions.
More to follow.
